Lexis Foundation Certificate In-Person
This session will be delivered via MS Teams and will show you how to get quicker results from LexisLibrary to speed up your legal research and help you to complete more thorough Legal research. You will also work through the ‘Lexis Foundation Certification’ multiple-choice test to become ‘Lexis certified’!
It will cover:
• Finding quick definitions of key terms
• Searching for Legislation and understanding the links to deeper content
• Searching for caselaw by title or citation and understanding whether the case is good law
• Using Halsbury’s Laws as the only complete statement on the Law of England and Wales
• Finding quick definitions of key terms

After a 45 minute session you will then have the opportunity to work through the certification with a Lexis Trainer on hand to ask questions.
