Collect a reservation

  • Once you have received an email to say your book is ready, scroll down to select a time to collect it. If you are collecting multiple items, you only need to make one booking.
  • You can visit the library at any time during your booked slot to collect your reservation(s). If you'd like to browse, borrow other items or use a PC/study space, please book a library visit instead.
  • Your reserved item(s) will be on the reservation shelves in the library.
    • At Curzon, this is near to the Help Desk on the ground floor.
    • At Mary Seacole, this is opposite the Help Desk, behind the self-issue machines.
  • Locate your item(s) using the first letter of your surname and the first six digits of your student number.
  • Issue your items on the self-service machine. You will need your ID card and 4-digit library PIN.
  • We retain personal data provided in the booking form for contact tracing purposes.

Collect an inter-library loan

  • Once you have received an email to say your book is ready, scroll down to select a time to collect it. You will need to select a time during staffed hours (10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday). If you are collecting multiple items, you only need to make one booking.
  • You can visit the library at any time during your booked slot to collect your inter-library loan(s). If you'd like to browse, borrow other items or use a PC/study space, please book a library visit instead.
  • Please go to the library Help Desk to collect your inter-library loan. You will need your ID card.
  • We retain personal data provided in the booking form for contact tracing purposes.

Please note, this booking allows you into the library to collect your reserved items and inter-library loans only.
